1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Estoril Casino Royale de Sol, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

Estoril Casino Royale de Sol is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. By using the App, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we reasonably suspect the user is underage.

3. Virtual Currency

Estoril Casino Royale de Sol uses virtual coins and gems as in-game currency. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services, and are non-transferable. All virtual currency balances may be reset or removed at our discretion.

4. No Real Money Gambling

Estoril Casino Royale de Sol does not constitute real money gambling. No real money is wagered or won. The App is a social entertainment product only.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: use cheats, exploits, or automation software; harass other players; attempt to access other users' accounts; reverse engineer or copy the App; use the App for any commercial purpose.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your virtual currency and game progress will be lost.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or that virtual currency will be preserved indefinitely.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Data Retention Policy

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

Retention Periods

• Account data (email, username): Retained for the duration of your account plus 12 months after deletion request.
• Gameplay data: Retained for up to 24 months for fraud prevention and service improvement.
• Device identifiers: Retained for up to 13 months (standard advertising industry practice).
• Support correspondence: Retained for 3 years for legal compliance.
• Financial records (if applicable): Retained for 7 years per UK tax law.

Requesting Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email support@estorilcasinoroyaledesol.com with your GAID (Android Advertising ID) and the subject line "Privacy Request — Data Deletion". We will process all requests within 30 days.

Content Policy

Estoril Casino Royale de Sol is a social casino entertainment app. All content — visual, audio, and interactive — is created for mature audiences aged 18 and over.

Virtual Currency

All coins and gems within Estoril Casino Royale de Sol are virtual items with no monetary value. The App does not offer, facilitate, or simulate real-money gambling in any legally regulated sense.

In-App Advertising

The App may display third-party advertisements. We do not control the content of third-party ads but require them to comply with our content standards: no adult content, no misleading claims, no content inappropriate for users who are 18+.

User-Generated Content

Estoril Casino Royale de Sol does not currently support user-generated content such as chat or public profiles. Should such features be added, users will be prohibited from submitting content that is illegal, hateful, or harmful.

Intellectual Property

All game assets, characters, artwork, music, and software are the intellectual property of ESTORIL ROYALE LTD or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or modifying any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Ads Policy

Estoril Casino Royale de Sol is a free-to-play app supported by optional video advertising. This policy explains how advertising works within the App.

Ad Types

• Rewarded Ads: Players voluntarily watch a short video ad (typically 15–30 seconds) in exchange for virtual coins or gems. These are always opt-in — never forced.
• Interstitial Ads: Occasionally displayed between sessions. Can be skipped after a few seconds.

Ad Networks

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (GAID) to show relevant ads. You can reset or opt out of personalised ads in your Android device settings under Google → Ads.

Ad Content Standards

We do not allow: ads for real-money gambling, adult content, illegal products, or content targeting children. We review our ad network settings regularly to enforce these standards.

Opting Out

You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting your Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation. You will still see ads but they will not be personalised based on your interests.

Response Times
